Thoughts - How many hours of sleep is sufficient for age group 30-45 years?
How many hours of sleep is sufficient?
4-6 hrs?

So I googled it and Google says this -
An adult should sleep for 7 hrs every day.
So ...
This means if we are not sleeping for 7 hrs, is it going to harm us in the long run
Yes or No. Hello ??
Okay -
What I am going to say is now my thoughts and experience of what I felt from the last 2 years... We humans always search for logic or written proof before we actually start believing anything right? I had this intuition but I was looking for proof of it. Finally, a few weeks ago I got proof.
Dr. Joe Dispenza - "Becoming supernatural" has those things written already which my heart was saying for 2 years. It is the amount of energy you have within - Energy of soul! This energy level decides how much sleep you actually need. A human which more soul-conscious requires fewer hours of sleep. It can be as few as 4-5hrs.
A human who is more focused on the matter will require 7-8hrs of sleep to feel it is sufficient. And one secret - I am going to tell you it is really important to know the more you work on consciousness now, the better sleep you will have in old age.
Otherwise, be ready to insomniac & fatigued forever.
