Suffering from IBS- Do I need to quit Non-Veg or not?

  Hello Friends, Does anyone know why IBS has different symptoms for every person having it??? If someone is having fever, cold, infection then largely medicines are the same(may vary a little person/geography). Then why do IBS effects differently????????? It's because everybody has got a different process of thinking, different mind & different beliefs. & those manifest in different ways to the Colon system. I will still say work with improving inner thoughts, breaths & you will see the difference. All outside things may work or may not sometimes & will give frustration.
