Some looked lazy, some excited, some complete zombies!! I went to the break-out area after having breakfast to drink some water & suddenly a long uncontrolled and high-volume growling sound came out of the stomach or lower abdomen. I was completely embarrassed, luckily people standing around were not too close. But I was not always lucky. I had to run to the toilet & had Diarrhea all sudden. I was shattered by shame & pain. I couldn't tell what I was feeling but it felt like falling flat banging my head straight to the floor. Hello Friends, Does anyone know why IBS has different symptoms for every person having it??? If someone is having fever, cold, infection then largely medicines are the same(may vary a little person/geography). Then why do IBS effects differently????????? It's because everybody has got a different process of thinking, different mind & different beliefs. & those manifest in different ways to the Colon system. I will still say work with improving inner thoughts, breaths & you will see the difference. All outside things may work or may not sometimes & will give frustration. 3 mins read Congratulations on healing IBS 5% by now!! Yes, n ow it is the time to increase the healing to a higher level by taking the second step which is " Commitment ". This is the one step where most people fail (90-95%) & hence are never able to come out of IBS symptoms & experience the unending cycle of suffering. At Stage 1 we accepted our current health level & start working further on the healing from IBS. This created few free cycles & now all those free cycles have to utilized effectively in order to magnify health improvements. But unfortunately, some people are so fearful of doing commitments that might cause them to come out of their comfort zone or freedom of certain current unclean choices. Surprised?
