Importance of morning Rituals in IBS!!

While initially, people struggle with IBS morning horrors either with IBS-C or IBS-D making him/her feel completely energyless, hopeless, and frustrated.

But if a person is determined to extract me time for starting from 5 mins & slowly but surely extend it 60 mins each morning, magic can happen.

5 mins -Doing self-talk, mirror admiration & strong affirmation!!

                              Start your every day with 3 powerful words to yourself- "I LOVE YOU"πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‡πŸ˜‚


5 mins initially -Going for a brisk walk, touching trees & feeling the breeze with a walk(open air is a mood changer). Can be increased to 15 mins

10 mins writing down goals for the next 1 year.

5 mins watching a high motivation video.

10 mins stretching & self-focus on breathes & thoughts.

15 mins -Smile and visualize you being central of a huge stage addressing people like a leader, playing your guitar, and jaws drop - yep what is bad in even imaging? 

Dreams and imagination have all the power to manifest as reality but it is just our belief in self and acceptance is needed!!!

Total  5+15+10+5+10+15= 60 mins

Consistency is the key!!
