What is Spiritual pollution?

We have been hearing the word "pollution" quite a lot from our teens. Earth's level of pollution started rising during the early twentieth century.
But how is "spirituality" related to the word "pollution"? For understanding this we need to first understand what is spirituality & how can it be related to pollution?
In brief, spirituality has the word "spirit" in it. It is broadly the art of doing actions constantly being aware that we are not just a human body but a spirit.
Current life can be considered as a 2 min station in the infinite journey of the spirit. People who focus on just 2 mins(current life ) will focus on short-term happiness.
They are more interested in body pleasures, world luxuries, sense enjoyment. This may be living a life that is focused on doing things without much awareness.
Habits that may not be all-inclusive but like eating too much non-veg food, having multiple sex partners, drinking alcohol/smoking on regular basis, abusing too much, watching porn, blackmailing, misusing liberty.
Or a person did these too much during one point of his/her life. He/She may be also involved in earning living through incorrect means. A person who is not spirit-focused might have reached a level now when his/her life-sustaining capability has become very weak. This is known as spiritual pollution.
Irritable bowel syndrome is "one" of the symptoms appearing in such a person not all.
In my next coming article, I will explain in detail how IBS can be related to an unclean spiritual level of a person. We will also discuss few techniques which can be done easily sitting at home to clean the spirituality level.
