Target on Long term health goals to heal from IBS

Popping pills daily looks like the most correct option in Irritable bowel syndrome...as we wish to live a normal day with existing responsibilities.
During the initial days of discovering IBS, a person feels completely blacked out & so definitely Doctor's prescribed medicines are the best choice!
But the question is - "Do we want to survive on pills forever or are there any moments in IBS when a person can feel a little normal? "
Not many of us know that for most people IBS symptoms aggravate from 5am-6pm any day.
And they are less after 6pm till the next early morning. A person who wants to conquer IBS should make the best use of this timing in beginning.
Most people suffering from IBS think of fixing symptoms in short term(a day or two or a week if traveling).

But slowly this becomes cycles & sometimes endless cycles.
For fighting with IBS we need to have long-term health goals & look for alternatives than just eating medicine blindly for suppressing current symptoms.
As the body gets more use to medicines a person becomes even more exposed to other complications in later life...
It is best to deal with IBS during the evening time each day.
Work on creating strong internal metabolism (like exercise, yoga, strong affirmations, alternative treatments) which starts building callus for the depressed mind.
If a person remains consistent (90% of people fail here), this mind's callus keeps growing and one day start acting as a warrior to current suffering and fear.
This makes a person put more energy into exploring other options to come out of IBS slowly but surely.
I have seen many people discuss their symptoms just to feel relieved and not interested in following the advice given wholeheartedly.
A person who wants to come out of IBS is ready to work on his/her body, mind & soul.
