Heal IBS in 6 steps(A.C.D.F.M.S) - Step4 Fitness

A person who suffers from IBS symptoms constantly experiences mood swings, irritation, depression, fear & fatigue. Following any proper routine always look like a big challenge.
And without a proper routine, Fitness becomes even a more distant goal. IBS(Irritable bowel syndrome) becomes a mind-created monster for a person who cages this person mentally very firmly.
Fear of the unknown becomes a constant companion.

Somewhere we need to start building our energy against IBS.
Still, the choice will always of a person if he/she wants to live like a slave or still have strong imaginations and dreams to beat this monster and even kill it someday :).

image credit: betterlifephilosphies.blog.comIf a person is already on stage 3 which is Diet it means he/she has set her determination Stage 1 and showing consistency in Stage 2. Then fitness journey is easy to start otherwise a person needs to start from Stage1.
I would say that each of us in IBS at one point keeps falling at zero levels again & again.. and have to restart from Stage1. So never be worried about that. The more we become resilient to failure and easier it to quickly come back higher stage.
IBS has a lean period for everyone i.e. few brief moments where there are completely zero symptoms. The Key is to grab this opportunity and make energy in motion. Here is the road map for success
Wake up & First thing in the morning -
1. Check your energy level - Do I have little energy? Yes
Go for a brisk morning walk in just 5-10 mins depending on your energy. It is a major game-changer and mood uplifter. Guts love it. If not able to do so wake up and stand on your balcony/terrace and feel the cool breeze.
2. Now again check your energy level again- Have little energy? Yes
The next step is to do Pranayam & breathing exercises. So many books say that our thought communicates to us through our breathing so the cleansing breathing process is a great way to eliminate ill/negative thoughts. It needs to be done for 10-15 mins at least to yield true benefits.
