Heal IBS in 6 steps(A.C.D.F.M.S) - Step3 Diet

 In step1 we gathered the energy( however small its magnitude may be) via "Acceptance(A)" which will help the mind to generate free cycles. 

In step2 we brought the gathered energy into motion and steering its direction via a strong "Commitment(C)".  

We can achieve 5% healing via acceptance and now going to make it to 15% =(5%(A)+10%(C)) via strong commitment.

Most people want quick results & hence are not able to believe in the power of the above 2 steps. They easily lose hope when don't see changes happening for them.

Let take an example of Nature which is working at a very slow speed but once the momentum is gained nothing can stop it. 

Same way the natural healing process for IBS works. A believer is able to generate a much higher energy level with more acceptance & strong commitment.




So now we are at Step3 as shown in the diagram we fuel more our energy for self-recovery & make it even larger. 

In today's world, everyone needs a proper & healthy diet to feel happy, energetic.

For a person having IBS, it is no exception but there are 5-6 below important things to if taken into consideration can bring amazing health benefits.

1. Daily practices

Starting a day with 2 glass of lukewarm water helps in removing all the toxins from body & help in rejuvenating gut health. However, If a person is having loose motions frequently in the morning then he can avoid that & instead drink 1-2 glasses of water before sleeping. 



Water stored overnight in the copper vessel is best for gut health. It is a good idea to a set of copper bottles which can help for a continuous supply of purified water. Drinking water is between meals is not allowed except for 1-2 sips. Also, a person should avoid drinking it 20 mins before & 45 mins after consuming food.

2. Type of foods. 

This may largely vary from person to person depending on IBS symptoms & hence it is difficult to take up anyone's diet. 

Food items belong to 2 categories.

1)Alkaline  

2)low PH(acidic). 

The day should start with alkaline food & during the afternoon, in fewer quantities of low pH on those days, free of any severe symptoms. Fruits like oranges, cucumber, grapes, Pomegranate are a good source of option1.

3. Eating Non-veg with awareness

Our body's intelligence is so strong that it converts any food item which we put in the mouth to get absorbed and become us again. Those people who have been consuming non-veg food regularly for a long period should try to reduce the intake slowly & not completely for avoiding any reverse health effects.


The idea is to eat with consciousness towards the suffering of the animal because if we start thinking about the animal we are eating it will automatically start generating the different thought procedure which can bring the change getting if of habit easily. 

Most people try to suppress that process as they enjoy the taste of it more than anything. But doing it little thought process every day can bring a lot of change

4. Eating without fear & gratitude 

All those who cannot resist the feeling of eating non-veg shouldn't be fearful at all. In beginning it is a completely confused state of mind, it is like the feeling of being guilty & still not being able to resist it - That's absolutely okay.

From my experience, I have seen the any unclean habit takes at least 2-3 years to come out completely without any craving. We should continue building a more human side by doing prayers before eating the food.

Another way is to enjoy the food at that moment but later think about it a little, about the suffering a creature went into because of wanting to eat it.  Feeling the change right. That's the power of spiritual thinking!! People don't believe it though.


5. Understanding the culture, beliefs & making the necessary changes

A person born on earth is distinguished from others by his/her unique way to think & perceive the world with intelligence. But something which is always subtle but has a really profound impact on personality is the geography, religion, culture & traditions of family, upbringing, neighborhood & parenting. 

It is really important to study, understand & adapt certain universal principles & good things which other culture can offer. Every culture, religion has its own pros. 

If a person is fed up with eating a doctor's prescribed medicine every day & had no idea what to do, I would suggest looking for an alternative approach available in his/her geography and discussion with people. If that is not still working look for things outside. Exploring herbal solutions, Chinese or Japanese techniques, or Ayurveda are some of the choices.

6. Superfood 

It is always good to have superfoods like Flaxseeds, Cinnamon, Ginger, Walnut & all dry fruits - almond rinsing it water before consumption. If they are taken on a regular basis in small-2 quantities they can completely reverse the dynamics of the body making it more active, youthful & resilient.

So following about 5-6 points will help a person to add a further 15% of healing to his/her body. We become what we eat & how we eat. 

Food restriction initially healing of IBS is very important as health starts improving. We need to include everything in our diet that we previously so afraid & thought can make it trigger.


A person who has reached step 03 will experience energy & health back & this is time to certain things need to quickly adopt back again & a lot of experiment is needed. 

We can say that IBS is basically a courage test. More we show courage better is long-term recovery.
