PDR(Personality Defect removal) is a very effective technique to deal with Irritable Bowel Syndrome. All credits to SSRF.org from where I got it.

It is about tracking the daily emotional health of a person based on the intensity of emotions. In an excel sheet that lists down major negative emotions which a person can feel on a daily basis & provide a score according to no. of times, they are felt.

For example, If a person feels anger 20-40 times in a day then he can give a score of 20-40(no. of times he/she felt it). Likewise, there can 10-15 rows that can list all the emotions felt during the whole day.

The good thing is that if we keep a track of emotions we feel during a day & count them automatically we are tuned in to more state of awareness

So for example in a day if a person feels:-
Anger(20 times) + Fear(30 times) + Lust(4 times) + Depression(9 times) 

Total Score will be (20+30+4+9) = 63 

A person can set a spiritual milestone for him/her. I would say ideally a score of a total of 5-10 is very good.
