Do Mantra(s) really work in healing IBS?

4 mins Read

People ask me Do Mantra(s) really work in IBS - Because they don't think so.

Well, They may be right or maybe not 😀😀

I will tell you why- Knowing spirituality & its best practices is good but when a person starts applying he/she is definitely going to be tested thoroughly because as soon a person accepts this path - Tests keep appearing on his/her way & this test is designed specially according to a person.

(Taking reference from the book -"The laws of the spirit world"-Khorshed Bhavnagiri) -That is why I say reading like a curious kid is a good habit.

If you are able to pass the test, Great!!

But if a person fails, the test becomes tougher instead of becoming easy or staying at the same level. In our Earth schools or other places, it is not like that correct?  If we fail a test, the complexity level will remain the same or become easy until we clear it.

So let discuss "Spirituality" which is the sixth step of the A.C.D.F.M.S approach, the last and most crucial one.

I kept it a top for a reason as it is really important to go through various other 5 Steps & to start this journey in 6th step as a person becomes/has to become:-

1. More Humble, Grateful of the current situation, leaving limiting beliefs about the self (Step1 -Acceptance)

2. More Focused, Determined, Self-motivated via strong affirmations (Step2 -Commitment)

3. Eating Consciously but less fearing by doing certain practices very slowly switching back to all things like previously(Diet-Step3)

4. Exercise(especially spin stretching exercises), yog & meditation, making self videos every day are not necessary for sharing but to see improvements(Step4 -Fitness)

5. Open-mindedness, reducing False ego, believing in limitless things, showing "Courage"(Step5 -Mindset)

Only then he/she is really ready to start the sixth step otherwise it is no use. Believe ME!!

Because what all time he/she has taken or devoted to remaining 5 steps will all be tested here many-2 times & only then a person starts experiencing the benefits of this approach.

I see most people jump/skip steps but want to quickly get healed. It is human nature & I too agree I am the same but not here.

It took years to understand my IBS symptoms learning so many things but still adhered to my process, sometimes suffered too badly(eating things I left ) but kept my mind & heart open.

Slowly following this approach, the mind becomes false ego-free but heart to stay strong when faced defeat(severe symptoms) & this war is on every day against my laziness, fear & sticking to comfort zone when comes to self-potential & hard exercises.

Every day I do a thing which will bring good to my health but is really difficult to achieve. Every day my mind complains to me why you are trying to kill me- it is usual to get these feelings.

But I don't hear him as I know what are the true long-term benefits.  The easiest way to measure Step6(Spirituality) success is:-

Before retiring for the day ask yourself

Today did I create

1.Magic in personal life?

2.Magic in family & loved ones?

3.Magic in place I work to live?

4.Magic which I love doing?

5.Magic in the life of someone unknown?

Trust this process & remember Universe always ensures that the minutest/smallest good & selfless deed never go unnoticed!!

Happy Tuesday!
