Baby steps are important to overcome IBS!!

 3 mins Read

I had learned from my Gurudev that how we do "any" thing is how we do everything in life. We are humans, we try to deal with daily life issues with our own knowledge & capabilities.

Sometimes we taste success & sometimes fail miserably. It may be an issue related to health as well.

Let me ask this question - "If we face failures in doing something which means a lot to us" - Do we stop fixing it & throw it out of our lives?

Or we start making strategies to deal according to the size of the problem. Sometimes in very small-2 steps. Agree?

The same thing applies in dealing with IBS if a person has identified his/her trigger food items... Seems this list is ever-growing & sometimes it is hard to find even what to eat.

It may be good to avoid them during difficult external situations, but it is not good to completely cut off these items from our diet.

Rather a person should try to eat it in much fewer quantities when he/she is really calm, composed & free to do so.

I completely understand the fear/anxiety factor which may creep in with a single bite of it but guess what- it will make a person more resilient & courageous.

Nobody started running on day 1 of his/her birth but we learned it in baby steps. Agree?

We all are overcoming our fears from birth, isn't it? I know sometimes people are in so much pain, enigma & in fear that they have blackout & not willing to take baby steps. Take your time!!!

Those baby steps are very important. They give a lot of hope, acceptance & a deeper connection with the body.

This gradually starts to shift a person's vibrations towards feeling a blissful state again.

Please note that when I say food items - Please choose wisely instead of focusing on satisfying taste buds only.  Love Animals!!!
