Every new day brings us hope of doing something better than yesterday. 

It is like an opportunity from God. 

We need to focus on positive thoughts, ignore negative thoughts.

Greet family members with a smile, show respect to spouse, parents, kids, the garbage pickers, security guards, etc.

It is because of these people we are able to add some meaning to our life & focus on achieving our missions & responsibilities. 

Everyone has got their view of life & we should respect that and not try to force people to live our view of the world. 

Yes, we should have meaningful discussions for better clarity, sort out differences, and try our best to do justice with everyone to become enlightened. 

Spirituality is that light or torch of our own which guides us from within for our every thought, words, actions & coping with reactions.

It makes us a more tolerant & forgiving person. 

We learn to serve ourselves in a much better way when we focus on the spirituality of everything. 

Patience & tolerance starts becoming so natural to us & we are no more annoyed. We slowly start understanding that any external situation is not in our control. Only how to act/reaction in our control only.

We start to live happily, work for the things which need improvement, and cooperate with the flow of life & others.

When we focus every day on our spirit for few mins it can help in achieving:-

A life full of health, wealth, family time & financial freedom, and making life meaningful every day. 

A life with discipline, rituals, and rules where we are no more just focused on earning bread or survive or follow blind orders. 

A life where we start to invest time to entertain & motivate people, make them happy, aware, enlightened, connected, satisfied, accept and improve further. 

Then it won't be hard to imagine a life where we have enough sources working for us & we focus on bigger goals like green earth, saving our water resources, safety for people/ladies/children who are innocent & honest,  contributing economically to all those platforms which are promoting spirituality & best ways to living life.

3 mins read! 20th Oct 2008 Morning, I woke up & got ready. Around 8:30am I was in the office. This is the time when most the buses reach office full of people(employees). Some looked lazy, some excited, some complete zombies!! I went to the break-out area after having breakfast to drink some water & suddenly a long uncontrolled and high-volume growling sound came out of the stomach or lower abdomen. I was completely embarrassed, luckily people standing around were not too close. But I was not always lucky. I had to run to the toilet & had Diarrhea all sudden. I was shattered by shame & pain. I couldn't tell what I was feeling but it felt like falling flat banging my head straight to the floor. Coming out of IBS has to be the daily agenda of Life!!

  Hello Friends, Does anyone know why IBS has different symptoms for every person having it??? If someone is having fever, cold, infection then largely medicines are the same(may vary a little person/geography). Then why do IBS effects differently????????? It's because everybody has got a different process of thinking, different mind & different beliefs. & those manifest in different ways to the Colon system. I will still say work with improving inner thoughts, breaths & you will see the difference. All outside things may work or may not sometimes & will give frustration.
